ACM Visa Support Letters

ACM can provide visa support letters to attendees, authors of accepted papers/posters, and conference committee members. If you are a recipient of an ACM, SIG, or Conference-funded travel grant, please include this information in your request. To request a letter, please visit the ACM Visa Support Portal:

Information Required for Your Request:

• Full name as it appears on your passport.
• Current postal mailing address.
• Name of the conference and your registration confirmation number.
• For Authors/Presenters: Title of your work and whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author.”
• For Speakers: Title of your presentation (if no formal paper is attached).

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your letter. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
