AUTHOR POLICY
- Each accepted proceedings paper (main track papers, demos, late breaking results, reproducibility and industry tracks) must have at least one author registered by the camera-ready date for the corresponding contribution to be included in the proceedings.
- The same holds for contributions accepted for workshops and RecSys challenge. Each accepted workshop paper must have at least one author registered by September 11th.
In practice, this means that authors pay a single registration fee, regardless of the number of contributions accepted (e.g., if an author submits and gets accepted a long and a short paper, a single registration would fulfill the policy mentioned above).
STUDENT POLICY
Anyone registering at the student rate must be a student member of ACM. The ACM membership ID serves as a proof for being a student during the registration process. If you are not yet an ACM student member you can apply anytime for membership. A valid student ID willl be required on-site.
