Sign in & activate (first launch)

• Open the app and choose Sign in.
• Enter the same email address you used for RecSys registration.
• Check your inbox for the activation PIN, then enter it in the app.
• That’s it—you’re in. The app will sync your profile and unlock the conference program and announcements.

Networking & your profile

Make it easier for other attendees to connect with you during RecSys:

• Add a link to your LinkedIn profile or personal webpage at recsys2025.gcon.me
• Once added, others can access your profile directly in the app and connect with you faster when networking.

Using the app at the venue

• Registration & badge printing: use the QR ticket in the app when you enter O₂ universum for the first time to streamline check-in.
• Keep your badge with you: you’ll need it (with QR) to attend the dinner, workshops, and tutorials you purchased.
