REGISTRATION OPTIONS
To participate in RecSys 2022, registration for the main conference is mandatory, which for physical attendance includes an evening reception at the Seattle Aquarium with food and drinks included. Additional tickets for this social event are available for purchase on the registration site.
Registering for the tutorials and/or workshops is optional; all prices are in USD and include VAT.
Changing between virtual and physical attendance is possible before the early bird registration deadline.
In order to prioritize COVID safety, please note that masks will be required for in-person participants, and we will not be offering food or drink inside the conference venue during breaks; please see our COVID policy for more information about how we are approaching COVID safety.
In striving for a conference cost that is affordable for all, we have deeply discounted rates available for those registering in countries designated by ACM as “economically developing”. Countries in category H receive a discount of 60%, category I receive a discount of 75%.
The cancellation deadline is August 26th, the Early Bird deadline is August 19th.

AUTHOR POLICY
- Each accepted proceedings paper (main track papers, demos, late breaking results, reproducibility and industry tracks) must have at least one author registered by Aug 15, 2022. The registration can be either for physical or virtual attendance.
- Each accepted poster or workshop paper must have at least one author registered.
STUDENT POLICY
Anyone registering at the student rate must be a student member of ACM. The ACM membership ID serves as a proof for being a student during the registration process. If you are not yet an ACM student member you can apply anytime for membership. A valid student ID is required on-site.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments for Recsys 2022 must be made in U.S dollars and fees are due upon completion of your registration. Payments can be made via credit card, check or wire transfer until August 31st, 2022. Beginning September 1st, only credit cards payments will be accepted.
