RecSys Sunset Cruise
We are organizing a ship cruise in the Barcelona Harbor on Sunday evening. Departure time will be 6:30 pm from the Barcelona harbor (10 minutes walk from the conference venue). We will be sailing for 2 hours and dinner will be served with a spectacular sunset.
We have very limited tickets. Only the first 80 people to register are guaranteed to have a spot (in the case we have many more, we will try to work out a second ship, but this is unlikely).
What do I need to do to register?
(a) send an email to registration2010@recsys.acm.org (including the email details outlined below) and (b) add your name to this doodle.
By doing both steps you commit yourself to paying your share and attending the event. Only people doing both steps in time are guaranteed to have a ticket.
What’s the price?
The conference will be only partly funding the event (over 50% of the cost). The price you will pay for the event is 30 euros. Think about it: this is probably less than what you will be spending having dinner and a drink elsewhere in Barcelona anyway! With sunset views of the Barcelona coast and beautiful Mediterranean horizons, this is a not to be missed exclusive event. So what are you waiting for?
