There's lots of great news about RecSys 2007!

  • Panelists Just Announced. Recsys 2007 has selected 11 panelists for the industry/practice sessions at the conference. For more information see the conference program.
  • Krishna Bharat will give the conference keynote address. Krishna is the creator of Google News, and is Principal Scientist at Google, Inc. For more information, see the conference program.
  • Conference registration is now open. Visit our registration page for information and to register. For best rates, complete your registration by August 24th. While you're thinking about it book your hotel room too!
  • The peer-reviewed technical program is complete! We are very pleased to have accepted 16 full-length research papers. We will also have an exciting poster and demo session with 13 short research papers and two accepted practice/industry track submissions.   • Attention students! We are pleased to announce the addition of a Student Volunteer program. Student Volunteers will assist with various administrative tasks during the conference. I am delighted to welcome you to ACM Recommender Systems 2007. This conference builds on a wonderful legacy of research workshops and the Recommenders06 Summer School on the Present and Future of Recommender Systems.

We strive to bring together the leaders of this field--from both research and practice--to explore the latest innovations, discuss important challenges, and advance our understanding of recommender systems.
