REGISTRATION OPTIONS
To participate in RecSys 2021, registration for the main conference is mandatory, which for physical attendance includes access to all social events, including a reception and conference dinner, coffee breaks and lunches. Registering for the tutorials and/or workshops is optional; all prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Our registration terms and conditions, including COVID-19 related conditions, can be read in the registration portal. Changing between virtual and physical attendance is possible before the early bird registration deadline against a small processing fee.
In striving for a conference cost that is affordable for all, we have deeply discounted rates available for those registering in countries designated by ACM as “economically developing”. Countries in category H receive a discount of 60%, category I receive a discount of 75%.

A special exhibitor registration is available too for sponsors at 400€; this includes access to the exhibition floor and all coffee breaks and lunches, but social events and main conference sessions are not included.
PRICES FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS
- Extra banquet ticket for accompanying person: 50€
AUTHOR POLICY
- Each accepted proceedings paper (main track papers, demos, late breaking results, reproducibility and industry tracks) must have at least one author registered by Aug 15, 2021. The registration can be either for physical or virtual attendance.
- Each accepted poster or workshop paper must have at least one author registered.
STUDENT POLICY
Anyone registering at the student rate must be a student member of ACM. The ACM membership ID serves as a proof for being a student during the registration process. If you are not yet an ACM student member you can apply anytime for membership. A valid student ID is required on-site.
