Join us in the beautiful Tivoli Gardens amusement park in downtown Copenhagen for our welcome reception. Tivoli Gardens opened in 1843 and is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the world. The welcome reception will be held in the Tivoli Aquarium, where we will serve drinks and light snacks before you can head back out into Tivoli Gardens itself or into downtown Copenhagen.

Continuing the tradition started in 2014 to foster diversity among the RecSys community, we are happy to offer a platform where all conference attendees who identify as a female can celebrate and connect with other women in the RecSys community. The event provides an opportunity for female attendees to share the challenges and successes of women working within our community and to exchange experiences with one another.
This event is ACM SIGCHI Sponsored. It is co-hosted by Julia Neidhardt (TU Wien, Austria) and Hanna Schäfer (University of Konstanz, Germany). Pre-registration is required.
