Registration for RecSys 2017 takes place through RegOnline.

Registration Options

RecSys 2017 offers the following registration options:

All-inclusive registration includes the registration for the main conference, tutorials, both workshop days and the doctoral symposium, the reception, the conference dinner, and all lunches and coffee breaks.
Conference-only registration includes access to the main conference and the tutorials as well as the reception, the conference dinner, and lunches and coffee breaks on the three days of the main conference.

All prices are in € (Euro), and all times regarding registration are GMT+01:00 (Central European Time).

Author Policy

Each accepted proceedings paper (long and short papers) or demo must have at least one author registered by July 7, 2017.
Each accepted poster or workshop paper must have at least one author registered. The latest possible date for registration will soon be announced.

Student Policy

Anyone registering at the student rate must be a student member of ACM (or SIGCHI, SIGEcomm, SIGAI, SIGKDD). The ACM membership ID serves as a proof for being a student during the registration process. If you are not yet an ACM student member you can apply anytime for membership.

Cancellation Policy

50% of the registration fee can be refunded for cancellation requests made on or before July 27, 2017.
No refund will be made for cancellation requests made after July 27, 2017.
The service fee is non-refundable.
To cancel your registration, login to RegOnline using your email and password and select the “Cancel” link.

Visa support letters

Visa support letters can be prepared for those who have registered and requested them. In case you need visa to attend RecSys 2017, ACM will issue visa support letters for you, after registration. Detailed information on visa requirements, can be found on the website of the embassy of Italy in your country.
