We have booked 4 hotels with special rates for participants. Finding accommodation in Barcelona can be difficult, so we strongly recommend an early booking.
Reservation for the reserved hotels should we done by filling the following online form:

General Notes
- Times have been calculated through the web page of Barcelona public transportation. For more security, 5-10 minutes should be added
- Bear in mind that 25th it may be difficult to fins rooms due to the celebration of the local festivity of la Mercè.
CANCELATION POLICY
Reservations cancellations must be made in writing to ACTIVA Congresos, not to the hotel.
Cancellations before 25th August will not have penalty.
Cancellations from 26th August till 13th September: the first night of your stay will be charged to the given credit card.
Cancellations from 14th September and in case of no-show: the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We accept changes in the name of the reservation, but please inform in writing to ACTIVA Congresos, not to the hotel.
